Sick Baby

On Saturday Emmerich woke up with a fever. She was puny all morning and had a little diarrhea. Her fever continued to get higher during the day (up to 101.2) and the only medicine I had had dosages for 2+ years. Paul had to work all day and I was on my own.
It was sad. I cried.
Then I toughened up and drove to CVS to seek the advice of the pharmacist. 30 minutes later with the help of CVS brand Tylenol Em was her normal happy self again.
I know realistically that she will be sick again - however I would like to think it won't ever happen to her because I could hardly stand it.
Terrible day.
