15 months

I'll have to give you the stats later...We had a drs appointment last Tuesday but after waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room and being told the dr was really behind so it would be a while longer, we cancelled our appt and rescheduled for next week. It would be one thing if this happened every now and then, but every appointment we have had since January we have had to wait at least hour past our appointment time to see the dr. I think this is nuts, just nuts. And yet, this is the only clinic in town. So...wait 45 min in the waiting room or drive 45 min to see a different doctor. I think there should be a choice C. I mean really people - if your patients have to wait an hour to see you (every single time they come), don't you think you need to change your scheduling procedure???
