A Few of Emmerich's favorite things:
Swinging in the front yard (Thank you Aunt Dallas, Uncle Taylor and Brinkley)

Taking walks around the neighborhood in the stroller

tearing paper - particularly tissue paper. This is way better than any gift! And occasionally eating it!

turning the pages in books (Mommy and Daddy are particularly proud of this one)

Her alphabet book (Thank you Aunt Lauren and Uncle Adam!)
Bananas - she's getting really good at picking up the pieces!
The TV remote - apparently its an excellent toy and tastes good as well
Anything with flashing lights (ie computers, baby monitors, etc)


Whats new:
4 Teeth! Mommy and Emme are so glad they finally came in!

Her new found ability to crawl and pull up - she's a busy girl! She is particularly interested in going behind the couch and from the living room into the kitchen. She loves the dog bed in the living room and has been successful in climbing onto the "stage" that is our dining room (We have a raised wooden platform that designates the dining room - hideously 90's but we deal). She also likes to play with Millie and Jack's stainless food bowl (excellent noise maker), and she has recently taken a musical interest in playing the spoons.

And trying to stand on her own (resulting in a baby tripod with feet wide spread and hands close together in the front.

She's amazing and perfect in every way!
