7 months

We had a nice weekend with Dad and Dianne. They came down on Saturday afternoon and babysat while Paul and I went to the community theatre. We had a surprisingly good time and were quite impressed with the local talent. One point for Wharton.  You can see more about the local theatre at www.whartonplazatheatre.org.   Em also turned 7 months on Sunday. Wow she has really grown in these last few weeks. She is saying "mama" like crazy and is "talking" up a storm. There are times during the day when she is just constantly babbling. She is sitting like a champ although not quite good enough to be left alone sitting without risking head injury! No crawling yet.  shes thinking about it and can back up and go in a circle but no forward movement.
She is eating like a champ and has had sweet potatoes, avocado, green beans, squash, peas, prunes, pears and rice cereal. Next up:  carrots, apples, oatmeal, bananas and pumpkin! She loves everything except she's not a huge fan of avocado.
And big news! She has slept 4 nights in a row from 7pm until 6am! Yahoo!! I'm feeling much more rested and I'm sure she is too! Now if we could just get consistent on the napping we would be in business!

Here is an excellent close up of her two teeth. Still no additional developments, however, there has been A LOT of drooling and chewing on fingers lately. Mostly on her right side, so we shall see.
